While on a camping trip, I wanted to train. I didn't want to try and find a gym, pay a drop in fee, and leave my dogs in the trailer. I didn't end up training, but I sketched a design for a hitch mounted training apparatus. When I returned from camping I showed my dad, Ray. I told him I wanted to build one of these so I could train while I was away. A few days later he called me over to "help him with something". When I got there he had the sketch welded up and hanging on his hitch. Right then we knew we had to share this with as many people as possible. We decided to partner up and create the Hitch Trainer!
